Yardley Ip is the General Manager of Trulia Rentals at Zillow Group where she oversees product management and marketing for the rentals business. She is a co-founder of Women in Product, a new nonprofit organization focused on building a strong community of women builders and leaders. A Silicon Valley veteran, Yardley began her career as an Engineer at Apple before changing career paths to focus on product management at companies such as eBay, Yahoo, and Dun & Bradstreet. Yardley is passionate about building marketplaces, growing monetization businesses, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Brion Hickey is a master in optimization engaging with over 120 clients worldwide. His growth hacking experience began back in the start-up days with Offermatica (2005), acquired by Omniture and now known as Target (Acquired by Adobe). Brion spearheaded the expansion of Offermatica into the EMEA and APAC markets, which developed his enormous range of experience. Brion has a passion for increasing all essential business metrics. Leading the charge on the philosophy, strategy, teams, technology, and tactics for all things growth at Cisco today.
Head of Mobile Product
Jonathan is currently head of mobile at Atlassian working on all the products like Jira, Confluence, Stride, Hipchat, and Trello. He was previously at Twitter, leading partnerships and platform product for Fabric, Twitter's developer platform. Jonathan has launched 3 startups and has put about 40 mobile apps in the app store. He holds a degree in Mathematical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Justin Bauer is the VP of Product at Amplitude, where he strives to make it easy for companies to make better decisions from their data. He’s a 2x entrepreneur as well as an alumnus of McKinsey, Stanford GSB and Carleton College
Ben manage software products that help people work smarter. He loves working with teams to ship simple, intuitive interfaces on top of complex, powerful functionality. My products have been used by artists, engineers, and managers and have challenged me to think deeply about what makes products successful across users with varying levels of technical ability. I see tremendous opportunity making enterprise applications work better for the people using them every day to do their jobs better, faster, and more enjoyably.

Dina is the Director of Product Strategy at Prolific Interactive, a mobile agency serving enterprise brands including Sephora, American Express, Saks Fifth Avenue and Gap Inc. With more than 10 years experience growing startup and enterprise products, Dina helps companies design mobile products that strategically address business goals and user needs. She frequently speaks and writes about the application of consumer psychology to product design and serves on the leadership team of Women in Wireless in San Francisco
Co-FOUNDER & CEO
Spenser is the co-founder and CEO of Amplitude, a product analytics company which helps businesses understand their users' behavior so they can build better products. Amplitude works with leading product and growth teams including Venmo, Postmates, and Twitter. Spenser founded Amplitude in 2012 after first building an Android app with his co-founder and discovering that the available analytics solutions couldn't give them the user insights they needed. Before that, Spenser worked as an algorithmic trader with DRW Trading Group and studied Bioengineering at MIT.
